Original late 1920’s Handbag - Faux Tortoiseshell Clasp and Autumnal Brights Fabric

Vintage early bag probably started as a late 20’s piece with additions and fabric changes in later years. The piece features a faux tortoiseshell clasp, with contrasting fabric handle. The fabric body itself is a vibrant floral cotton with rich autumnal colourings in warm oranges, greens and yellows on black. To the inside there is a contrast cotton fabric lining with lace trim.

A beautiful piece to wear for both day and evening occasions. A lovely piece to add to your collection.

Great Vintage Condition, no flaws to note. We do think that this was an earlier bag that has had some additions with fabric recovering at times, but it’s current for is fabulous and very useable. Ready to wear and use.
