Original 1940's Toy Topper - Navy with Cream accents

Vintage 1940's Toy Topper in Navy with Cream accents.

A beautiful Toy topper which bares an American Label - manufactured under fair labour consumables label.  It has a brim of approx 3", being true Navy with a cream silk ruffle surrounding the brim and a hat pin with matching cream ruffle flower. An internal elastic headband to pop under hair for wearing.  Good structure. 

A lovely combination of colourways to accessorise many an ensemble, albeit day or evening, spring, summer or autumn. A good all round versatile hat. 

A lovely treat for oneself, a vintage hat collector or a loved one.

Good Vintage Condition - flaws to note : slightest of mark to underside brim due to hairline rubbing.  However this certainly doesn't detract from a beautiful hat
