Original 1940s Rayon Dress - In Lovely Rich Purples, Greens and Whites with Florals and Stripes

Vintage 1940’s beautiful rayon dress in a lovely colour pallet of rich purples, greens and whites with florals and stripes. Constructed to a classic 40’s shaping this dress features a button front, short sleeve, collar and side metal zip fastening with a centre skirt pleat. The dress also has a tiny top button under the collar adding versatility to the way in which it can be worn, shown in photographs.

A fabulous piece to add to any collection, great for both day wear and evening wear occasions with varying accessories.

Good Vintage Condition, flaws to note - Has Belt loops but missing original belt, a couple of tiny marks, couple of nicks and a couple of old repairs. These are minor and do not detract from the wearability of the garment. Freshly laundered and ready to wear.
