Original 1940’s Fabulous 2pc suit - in Grey with Red accent detailing

 Vintage 1940’s Fabulous 2pc suit in Grey with Red accent detailing. Good shoulder pads. A strong lapel with pleated detailing across the yoke and an accent colour of red ( almost arrow like) exquisitely covered with silver and black bugle beadwork.  This also appears to the pocket and side of jacket.  4 x covered buttons to the front of the jacket. Lovely and soft to the touch, a wool blend construction.

 The pencil skirt has a side metal zip with hook n eye fastening, a simple back vent split with arrow detail at point. 
Such a lovely sharp suit, worn as a set or equally would look fabulous as separates with high waisted pants. The accentuation of colour would open up numerous colours for accessories. 

At its time, this was a high end quality piece, a stunner and definitely a head turner, and still truly is a well loved piece.  A lovely treat for oneself, a loved one or join any vintage gals wardrobe.

Good Vintage Condition - Flaws to note : A little As-is.  several old repairs throughout but done securely and doesn’t detract from such a good piece. A well admired and loved suit. Ready to wear and be ready for those compliments as it’s a head turner.
