This divine 1930’s flounce blouse is a fabulous new addition to the collections from House of Foxy. The blouse is inspired by archive Images and original period garments. The piece features a round neckline with flounce adornment to the bodice, short sleeve and an open keyhole with button fastening to the nape. It is designed to be styled with wide leg palazzos pants or pleated shorts. It looks great tucked into high waisted slacks.
