Original 1940’s Stunning Seersucker Day Dress - In A Lovely Cornflower Blue With Red Accents

           

Vintage 1940’s Stunning seersucker dress in a lovely cornflower blue polka dot with red accents. This piece has the most fantastic utilitarian 1940’s shape with puff sleeves, sharp pointed collar, button down front, short sleeve, double pockets to the bodice with over stitch detailing, a line skirt shape with matching belt and deco buckle detailing. Part of Maggie’s own collection and treasured for many years so you know it’s a gem ! 

A lovely staple piece to add to your collection great in the summer months or worn layered in the cooler months. A beautiful treat to yourself, a friend or someone special.

Best suited for a 38/40 bust and the waist cinches in with the belt. Need to be smaller than measurements as goes over your head.

Very good vintage condition, flaws to note - Some minor overall even fading, some discolouration to the  matching belt. This dress presents beautifully is freshly laundered and ready to wear.
