Original 1940's Stunning Novelty Print Crepe De Chine Dress - With Trees & Deer in Fawn & Airforce Blue

           

Vintage 1940's stunning novelty print crepe de chine dress with trees and deer in a fawn and airforce blue colourway.  This is a beautiful piece and shares an elegant late 1940's silhouette. It has a small collar, light dolman short sleeve with turnback cuff, button down front all the way to the hem which fastens with large black buttons. To the waist there is an additional hook and eye fastening. This dress is all about the print and shares a fabulous novelty story with abstract mushrooms and trees with little dear running through. It has a beautiful colour pallet of soft fawn and airforce blue on a light cream background. Great for both styling for day and eveningwear occasions this piece is a great all year round staple with layering and adding accessories. 

A lovely addition to any 1940's or early 1950's wearers wardrobe or novelty print collector. A great treat to yourself, friend or loved one.

Good Vintage Condition, flaws to note - 1 tiny nick to the shoulder, some light fading to nape. These flaws do not detract from the wearability or look of the garment it still presents beautifully and is ready to wear.
