Original 1930's Sensational Leather Gladstone Bag - In A Chocolate Brown with Brass Accents

           

Vintage 1930's sensational leather gladstone bag in a chocolate brown with brass accents.  A stunning example from the era this piece showcases so many fabulous details in one piece. This bag has a great construction and shares great craftmanship. The bag has a typical gladstone bag shape and has a matching leather handle. The framework features brass clasps to the sides which lift to release the central lock to the middle which then pull open. To the interior you then click the side metalwork to form a rectangular box opening to which the bag becomes a great size. To its interior there is a large compartment with 2 further smaller side pockets. Made from a beautiful dark chocolate leather this piece oozes class and elegance. Great for both day and eveningwear occasions. 

A great addition to any 1930's or 1940's wearers collection. A lovely treat to yourself, friend or loved one.

Very Good Vintage Condition, flaws to note - Some tarnish to the brass as one would expect with age. Some wear to the edges of the corners. No holes. Very nice interior with a few marks. These flaws do not detract from the wearability of the piece. It presents wonderfully and is ready to wear/ use.
