Original 1940's Darling Knitted Waistcoat - With Fairisle Details and Button Front

           

Vintage 1940's darling knitted waistcoat with fairisle details and button front.  This is a lovely example from the era and is a great staple piece for any vintage wearer. It looks great styled over the top of blouses and slacks or equally as fabulous as an extra layer over a dress. It features a high rounded neckline, sleeveless bodice, button front fastening and ribbed waistband. The piece is made from wool and the base colour is a lovely warm oatmeal. The divine fairisle work is in a lovely colourway of warm brown, royal blue, grassy green, burnt orange and red. 

A lovely addition to any vintage wearers collection. A great treat to yourself, friend or loved one.
