Original 1940's Deadstock New with tags Vol up floral dress - Brown / Yellow

Vintage 1940s Deadstock - New with Tags Vol up floral dress in brown / Yellow. 

Such a beautiful dress , made of sheer rayon and with its original tag and original belt. The belt is backed. The dress features contrast yellow scalloped detailing to the neckline and edge of pockets . The contrast is made from linen and backs the above detailing.  Button down front with scalloped edging. Fabulous pockets. Short sleeves with a slight turned up cuff.  The buttons are paste jewell in the centre. "Enka Sheers all Rayon dress" label with care label and paper label sits within the back of the nape indicating ( 20.5) No shoulder pads but some could easily be put in.  A slight pleat to the shoulders draping to the front bust. 

A perfect dress, rare to find in such a good size and unworn.  Obviously this beauty was kept for special times and sadly never worn. 

A beautiful piece of history to own and enjoy.

Very Good Vintage Condition - flaws to note : Very tiny 0.2mm mark to top shoulder ( obviously so tiny not noticeable)  blends within pattern. I'm being very very picky. However please note I have not washed only aired this item, so this may well disappear altogether. Certainly doesn't detract from such a fabulous dress.
