Original 40’s Gorgeous small Topper - Black / Red combination

Vintage 40’s gorgeous small topper in Black / Red combination. Unlabelled but certainly an American beauty.  Black felt structured with upturned sides, shallow crown adorned with contrast red 1” deep ribbon. Black gross grain ribbon bows to each side adds more intricate detailing. Internal felt and elastic band to help secure on head. 
A great piece, slightly quirky in design - so will be great with many an outfit. 
A desired treat for oneself ,loved one or gift for a dear friend.
