Original late. 30’s/ early .40’s Rayon Silk Dressmaking Fabric - Chocolate brown with cream

Vintage late30’s / early 40’s Rayon Silk Dressmaking fabric in Chocolate Brown and Cream.  On a chocolate brown background with cream,  almost Butterfly silhouette / swirl.  (All I see now is butterflies), beautiful light feel to this fabric and it would drape amazingly for a dress or blouse / skirt combination.    It still has its original paper label stapled on it.

A fabulous piece to add to anyone’s stash of fabrics or a clever seamstress to make a beautiful garment.

 Good Vintage Condition - flaws to note:  couple of slight orange marks ( from the staple I believe). This has been in storage and I have not washed due to having paper label still attached, slight marks may therefore lift. This certainly doesn’t detract from a great piece of dressmaking fabric.
