Original 1940s amazing Hat & handbag set - in beautiful coral

Original 1940s amazing Hat & Handbag set in beautiful coral, edged with deeper coral and black frill. Such a fabulous set to include the cute topper tilt hat with its own back band and elastic band to use under your hair. Fully lined, American origin.
The large accompanying handbag again fully lined with an internal side pocket and loads of room sits on a central handle (probably lucite).

Such a great set to give an an outfit a pop of colour. May be worn as set or indivually.

 Hat : Good Vintage Condition with no flaws to note

Handbag : Fair Vintage Condition. Flaws to note - lining to handbag a little snagged on inner rim. Marks to one side of bag only, which look like bleach spot marks, obviously this can be worn closer to the body and not noticeable at the front.
