Original 1950's Fabulous Cotton Bathing Top - In Muted Berries, Turquoise and Green Florals

           

Vintage 1950's fabulous cotton bathing top in muted berries, turquoise and green florals.  This is a lovely piece made by ' Sharp Perrin - London'. It features a halter strap which can be removed and adjusted by button fastening, shirred back, boned bodice and cut work skirt overlay with contrast lining. This piece may have original been a swimwear set but can be styled with 50's capris for daywear or with contrasting swimwear bottoms or shorts for the beach. 

A lovely addition for any 40's or 50's loving ladies collection. A beautiful treat to yourself, friend or loved one.

Great Vintage Condition, flaws to note - One small nibble to the bodice close to where the strap joins the garment. This flaw doesn't detract from the wearability of the piece. It presents beautifully and is ready to wear.
