Original 1940's Needlepoint Corduroy Swing Coat - In An Exquisite Emerald Green

Vintage 1940's needlepoint corduroy swing coat in an exquisite emerald green. This piece is such a rare example from its time in such a fantastic colour way. It has a classic 1940's silhouette and features a rounded collar, 3 button fastening front, swing draping, 2 pockets and full length sleeves with turn back cuffs. This piece has a beautiful back yoke with stunning swing draping. A great staple piece for wearing casually or more formally with varying separates and accessories. 

In the most fabulous emerald green colourway, this is a fabulous piece of fashion history and a staple for any 40's or 50's wearer. A great treat for yourself, friend or loved one.

Good Vintage Condition, flaws to note - Some foxing and marks to the inner lining, some marks to the nape of the inner collar. A little rubbing in places as expected with age. These flaws do not detract from the wearability of the piece, it presents beautifully and is ready to wear.
