Original 1940's Stunning Black Shaped Saucer Hat - With Cascading Tassels

Vintage 1940's stunning black shaped saucer hat with cascading tassels. This is a fabulous piece that sits well on the head and can be shaped to create varying looks. It would look fabulous worn on an angle with hair flowers to the other side to add a pop of colour if desired. It has amazing cascading tassels to the top which adds a fun element to the classic piece.
