Original Late 1940’s Early 1950’s Cotton Day Dress - In A Paisley Print in Powder Blue, Navy, Yellow and Bottle Green

Vintage late 1940’s early 1950’s cotton day dress in a paisley print in powder blue, navy, yellow and bottle green. It has a beautiful silhouette and features a sweetheart neckline, short sleeve, bodice panel detailing to the front, deep pleated skirt and fastens with side poppers. It appears to be a homemade garment but it is made very well and adds to its period charm. 

This is a great piece for everyday wear and can be styled in both authentic and modern ways. It has so many colours in it to pick out for accessories for ease of wearing and looks fabulous worn layered with other pieces. A lovely addition to any vintage wearers collection.

Good Vintage Condition, flaws to note - A small mark to the top of the bodice, a few others that get lost in the fabric print. Slight repair to underarm. Has belt loops but missing original belt. These flaws do not detract from the wearability of the garment, it presents beautifully and is ready to wear.
