Original 1940's Glamour slippers - Black with Dusky pink

Vintage 1940's glamour slippers in Black with Dusky Pink.  Fabulous pair of heeled slippers, in a beautiful textured black fabric  ( almost damask type )with a gorgeous front dusky pink whelk band  to the front.  Inside the slippers they share the gorgeous pink colour too. A small heel of approximately 1.5". Such an iconic shape and feature of the era.  "Leisure Footwear" stamped on the underneath, very sturdy and well made. 

Just imagine - Pop on your lounging pant suit or lounging robe and wear these around the house to do your housework in.........Oh my how wonderful, straight out of a Hollywood film set. 

 A gorgeous comfy ( so I've been told - as too small for myself ) pair of slippers, you could almost wear these out too. Why not? 

A beautiful treat and perfectly delightful for oneself, a loved one or a vintage shoe collector.

Good Vintage Condition - flaws to note : slight wear to underneath ( please see photos ) as you would expect but certainly sturdy and plenty of wear ahead.   Ready to wear.
