Original 1940’s Double Eleven Plate Label Tunic - Featuring Stunning Bronze Beaded Bodice Detailing on an Autumnal Brown Crepe

           

Vintage 1940’s autumnal brown crepe tunic with stunning bronze beaded detailing to the front. The longline tunic has a lattice tie detailing to the top, full length sleeve, fully beaded front bodice, button back detailing and tie waist belt. This piece has a very sought after double eleven plate addition  to its label made by ‘ Alexander Gordon Ltd ‘. Not without her flaws ( see condition report ) but this beauty has a lot of life left in her. 

A fabulous addition to any 1940’s lovers wardrobe, great worn with evening slacks or with a suit.

Best suited smaller than these max measurements to hang correctly as there is a waist tie to pull it in and create the shape.

Good Vintage Condition, flaws to note - Some pulls to the fabric, some old repairs to back button holes. The beadwork is in fabulous condition. The flaws do not detract from the wearability of the garment. Ready to wear.
